Nepal Hope, a public charity, was established by Sam and Lynne Topham in 2005 after doing humanitarian work for LDS Charities in Nepal for 2 ½ years. During this time they worked with local NGO’s and the Nepal government on many different projects: Clean water, Educational, Libraries, Wheel Chair Distributions, Biomedical Engineering Issues.
